Great gate if staff will go find one
a year ago
Picked up one last week. Staff member quickly retrieved one from warehouse/storage on site. Went back to get another a few days later and a different staff member couldn't locate stock. There were still 15 gates available. Associate took down my number and never called back. Placed an online order to get the gate since they were on sale, and had my order canceled. Gates are now showing as "out of stock" and are now listed at full price.

Received a returned and defective gate
a year ago
Received a previously returned item, and whoever returned it had attached the mounting cups to the wrong part of the adjuster so this was unusable. Will be returning immediately. Really disappointed.

Q: I’m looking to install this at the top of my stairs but there is trim on one side. Will this be possible?

A: Should be able to--I have tall baseboards with a moulding at the bottom (NOT 1/4 round--more flat profile called a shoe moulding) and bottom pressure mounts on the bottom are against this moulding but each side can be adjusted as required. Top pressure mounts are on the drywall. REMEMBER to put something like reflective tape or some other colored tape on the bottom rail to bring attention to it or people with trip over it.

A: The narrowest bars are 2” apart, the widest ones are about 2 3/4”.
