Works Well While it Lasts

50 pint cube unit worked well for two summers. This year, the fan works but the compressor won't turn on. Pretty expensive piece of equipment to have such a short life. Oh, but the wifi still works )-;

stopped working after 2 seasons

worked great with WIFI. then it stopped working. no error message. everything seems like working but no moisture collection.
Midea is NOT behind their product. They do NOT have a service center and customer support only provides google searches numbers of appliance serbice companies none of them repairs or looks into this product.
do NOT buy MIDEA dehumidifiers
No, I do not recommend this product.

DO NOT BUY THIS

I had such high hopes for this great looking unit. That’s where the positivity ends. This does NOT dehumidify. I’m not actually sure what its purpose is other than to look like a nice, sleek box. I loved the idea that it stows into itself for storage. However, the only good thing about it is that. When I returned this to the store the manager literally said “ALL OF THESE COME BACK. I’M NOT EVEN SURE WHY WE SELL THEM”

Work great until it didn’t …

WiFi features
Effective moisture removal and options.
Cons:
Stopped working after barely one year of infrequent use.
When you spend $300 for an appliance I would it to be able to last a few more year. Unit now just beeps when I plug it in and there’s no display.
No, I do not recommend this product.
