The OXO Good Grips Seal & Store Rotary Grater provides a compartment for storing un-grated cheese right inside, with an interior silicone seal that ensures it won’t dry out. Grate with the cap on and window closed to collect cheese before serving, or slide the window open to grate the desired amount directly onto your dish. Bi-directional stainless steel blades can also shred chocolate and nuts, and the soft, comfortable, non-slip handle can be adjusted to accommodate both right- and left-handed users.
