THE MOST UNRELIABLE CAMERA ON PLANET EARTH!! Constantly disconnects randomly! Very unsafe for a child!! I’m actually so frustrated because I constantly lose sleep due to this horrible unreliable camera. I do not suggest you purchase this camera if you want to keep your child safe.

Can't get it to connect

It's impossible to get the camera to connect. I've had several people try to help me to connect it but it won't scan the qr code during the pairing stage. When I do finally get it to connect the camera doesn't stay connected.

Would never buy or recommend

This camera is constantly glitching, reconnecting, not loading. It doesn’t track all movement. The app isn’t intuitive. This was a gift and I am grateful every day that I didn’t spend money on it.

Disappointed

I got the camera and sock before bringing my little home from the nicu thinking it would give me peace of mind. The smallest sock was far too large so we ended up not using it. (That has been the case of most other parents we have talked to also), don’t waste your money on the camera. They still haven’t fixed the connectivity issues that started from what I can now gather in 2021. Does not notify you that it randomly goes out throughout the night. This is not a good continuous monitor for nighttime use maybe a nap at best. It is not a problem with our Internet as nothing else is having connectivity issues. The features would be a bonus if they worked consistently

Not worth it. Always disconnects

Camera always looses connection, I’m constantly reconnecting. This is a huge hassle when baby is asleep as reconnecting takes several tries. Do not buy.
