I have 2 of these bags in red & 1 in black. One I bought 2 years ago and love. Great bag. No issues. The second red one I bought 2 weeks ago. Used it on a multi-flight journey to Europe this past weekend. Upon arrival at each destination I needed to retrieve my bags to re-check with a different airline or on a separate ticket. Each time I retrieved the bag I opened it for one reason or another with no issues UNTIL I got to London for the last leg of the journey. My bag’s lock had somehow RESET its combination to something else! I am a frequent traveller and have set these kinds of locks a million times and ALWAYS to the same 3-digit combination. This bag opened with my standard combo several times until London. Now I have had to order the TSA keys to get it open if I want to keep the zippers useable. I am NOT amused! This is in fact the SECOND Outbound bag this has happened on. One was a similar black bag my daughter purchased last year. Exact same issue. That one however, my husband was able to fiddle with the dials long enough to strike on the combo that would open the lock. No such luck with one. Very unhappy! I am now in Europe for far too long to even consider returning the bag.
