Maybe I just got a weak unit, but for something that's rated at 1500W I'd have expected more heat output. And further, for something branded as 'Turbo', which would seem to emphasize fan output, this unit isn't very strong. It works, but a tiny 1200W Ceramic box heater I bought elsewhere puts out more heat. Best feature about the NOMA is that it's quiet.

Q: How do you clean it? I have one works great but cant get the grey part in the front off (yes I unscrewed it) really would like to clean it as I can't use it because it might start a fire with the dust built up

A: Don't worry about starting a fire, the heat this thing gives off couldn't ignite an olympic swimming pool filled with gasoline. Utter garbage.

Q: The fan is fast when just fan but when I turn to heat it puts out heat but the fan is very slow. Is this correct or should I replace it?

A: Yes, it is correct, when used as a fan, it is very fast, but when you turn to the heater, the fan will slow down so that it won't influence the heater function.

Q: Does this have Teflon in it? Some heaters use Teflon on the coils.

Q: How to remove housing to clean inside fan 1500 w

A: I couldn't figure out how to get the housing open without damaging it either. I ended up just blowing it out with compressed air. If you don't have a compressor you could always take it to a tire inflation station or buy one of those cans of compressed air. Be sure to unplug first and take it outside or into a garage area so you're not getting all that dust back into your house. Use something narrow from the front to hold the blades still and stop them from turning while you blow - then blow from the front to back so your not getting any balls of dust building up on the motor spindle. Takes less time than taking it apart and reassembling and it gets every bit of dust out.

Q: Any idea what the wattage of the 2 non-heat settings?

A: The top heater function is definitely high wattage. The cable may get warm when you let it run for a long time. The fan function is definitely not high wattage. It doesn't get warm. I threw away the box, and the fan only says that the wattage is 1500W. Not sure about the actual wattage of the cold settings.
