Q: Je viens d'acheter ce ventilateur et le mode oscillation ne fonctionne qu'en première vitesse (la plus faible), est-ce normal ? Lorsque je le mets en vitesse 2 ou 3 et que j'appuie sur l'oscillation, le moteur ne fait que forcer et la ventilation diminue.

Q: Where does the fan rotate at when it oscillates, is it right at the base or is it about 6 inches up? I see a line about 6 inches up from the base and wonder if that is just decorative or if that is where it rotates.

A: There is a short post on the bottom connected to the base/stand. It rotates on top of the post. The post is stationary.
