When assembling the fan I initially thought a part was missing until I realized the telescoping metal part of the stand was actually inside the lower part of the stand. This was not clear in the instructions. Once I fished it out all went well. Great quiet fan. Remote is very useful.

Q: I can't get the oscillation knob into the fan to have it not move. Do I have to take it apart to get it installed? The instruction manual doesn't say when to install it.

Q: How do you secure the motor housing to the support tube? The housing has a screw but the tube doesnt have anything to hold the screw. There's no manual included.

A: you would need to just place the fan head on the pole and adjust the screw until tightened onto the pole.

Q: The fan is not turning on. I unplug and plug it. I hear a beep sound. But then when I press ON buttong. It doesnt turn on. What should I do or what happened? Its a new fan like 1 or 2 month old

A: I would unplug it and remove the front cover to check that everything is tight …. Replace front grill and try again …. Maybe something shook loose. Mine works like a charm …. Love it
