Radiates love along with heat

This heater radiates love as well as heat. It feels far more efficient that other space heaters which blow warm air as this heats its surroundings. I am not sure yet but I also think it will be less expensive to use. it also doesn't blow a breaker when I have another item plugged in.

This is a great fan for use in the room where you are. It completely takes any chill out of the air and makes it most comfortable in the winter time. I have one on the main floor and bought a second one for the basement.

A: Yes it works with smart plug, most smart plug support 15A load. I have a Tp-link smart plug connect to a heater dish 1000W and it works fine. I put the plug to make sure it shuts down and turn on the heater at specific time.

Q: Does Canadian tire have a portable home heater that works with a smart plug. My understanding is that the heater needs to be mechanical switch as opposed to digital. Thanks in advance Leo

A: Depending on your type of switch, this one might work. Most smart outlets only allow small loads, while some will allow up to 10 Amps. Check your smart switch for its amperage load rating, then divide the power draw of the heater (Wattage) by the voltage of the outlet (120V is standard in North America) and that will give you the load. This heater is 1000 W on high, so it's load is 8.3 A and thus might work; ***BUT*** I don't think that is including the fan. At 120v, a 10 A switch will allow a maximum power draw of 1200W, so if the fan is more than 200 W above and beyond the heater, it may blow your switch. I hope this helps!

Q: the heaters owners manual says the fumes can affect small dogs. Is this only when you first buy i? How serious is it? I have a small dog. I am looking at the Noma oscillating parabolic heater

A: User just needs to make sure there are no small pets, especially birds, around the heater when they turn it on initially. It’ll take the heater about 15 to 30 minutes to burn off the corrosion coating. Afterwards, the unit will be safe to use around the pets.

A: I have it on low and adjust the auto setting to work on low mode. It uses about 2 kwh and maybe 3 kwh on cold days daily. Low setting uses 720W and should be fine for most rooms.

A: The answer you gave to another question said the heater shouldn't be left unattended. Doesn't using it in a bedroom at night when you're asleep count as "unattended"? What do you mean by "unattended"?
