Design Flaw

Bought 12 of these for the track lighting over my pool table. All 12 stopped working and cases cracked at various times over a 2 year period.

Cracking LED bulbs a concern

Not sure LED bulbs are lasting as long as they should be. Noticed after they stopped working, that the encasement on both had cracked in two places, almost in the exact places. Worrisome as this might be a design or manufacturing flaw.

Q: can you use these GU-10 LED light bulbs instead of Halogen in an range hood?

A: If the bulb in the fan is a GU10 style base, then yes you can use this bulb. Our hood fan had a Par 20 halogen, with a standard base, A19, and we replaced it with the same style in LED. We have had this bulb in now for a few years. Works great.
