I’ve bought two…both failed after approximately one year of use. They would not reset or power up any of the outlets. I like the clean design and smart features… But they are not reliable so I cannot purchase again.

Would return if I could!!

Scheduled triggers stopped working after 8 months of use. Reset everything and still nothing. This product is not dependable if you’re looking to use for automatic on and off features. And never loved the app. Could not schedule individual outlets for different times.

A: Mine has always come back on after an outage- yes.. I do find it a bit annoying that I have restart my phone to get the app to work properly after it updates but that's the only con.

A: The usb ports are always active..no ability to control them. the outlets can be individually controlled thru the noma iq app or alexa as well.

Q: There are no directions on how to pair this with your phone either on the box or in the instructions or during the app set up. How do you pair your phone with it?

A: Install the Noma app nstall your smart product and make sure to enable and give permission for Bluetooth and Location Services on your mobile device. In the NOMA iQ™ app, select the "+" symbol in the top right-hand corner. Select your smart product and follow the instructions within the app.
