Designed for use with the 4 L Warm/Cool Mist and the 3.5L Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifiers, this replacement filter reduces white dust and calcification for easier cleaning. For best results, your humidifier replacement filter should be changed every three to six months. This filter measures 1 3/8" x 3 7/32" (3.5 cm x 8.2 cm).

Q: In the water tank window there is a white thing moving up and down. I noticed it upon unpacking the humidifier because it rattled like it was loose and isn't suppose to be. Is this normal because I'm going to take the product back if not.

A: That's the float to indicate the water level. When it gets to the very bottom, it trips the auto-shutoff.
