Canadian Tire return policy was not favourable.

It was making a clanging noise. Canadian tire would not refund my money. They gave me a gift card. I only had it 5 days. They could not do an exchange has they had 0 in stock.

Q: Anyone else have problems with it randomly shutting off and then turning back on mintues later?

A: It does when I have it auto. According to my thermostat when the get to the same temp it shuts off then if the temperature changes even a bit it will turn on. Frustrating but i eventually ignore the sound.

A: The width of the unit is 15.98 inches, the side accessory is extendable which can be 7-20 inches wide. Noma 6K WAC is designed to install in standard single or double-hung windows with opening widths of 23 to 36 inches (584 mm to 914 mm), minimum height of the window is 13 inches(330 mm).

Q: Was wondering why when u install it in a window sleeve below the window its cool at 1st then after a bit throws hot air? I have tilted it back a bit also by putting something under the Ac.
