this humidifier needs both an app refresh and opps refresh. says it's empty when it's not, needs constant reboots. gosh, why do you expect people to put up with such egregious glitches

A: Yea, this thing leaks like sieve depending on how you fill it. I have found if you just take the top off and pour water in it leaks, a lot! If, however, you take the entire water tank off and fill it at the sink it seems fine,

A: The only thing that comes to mind is perhaps you have a high mineral content in your water source.I’m not sure of the filtering capabilities of the ion filter you used but I know our water source is incredibly hard and we only run filtered water in the humidifier. So far so good.

Q: I just changed the ion filter, and although everything is screwed in tight and I am barely filling the cannister, it continuously leaks and pours out all of the water. What can I do to fix this?

A: We have changed the filters of our two NOMA humidifiers and they have been working perfectly. I suggest cleaning your before to change the filter e cause sometimes there is some calcification around. Good luck!

A: That’s happening to me too now! Tried a new filter, tried cleaning as per the manual, filled it almost up to the max level. I turn it on, then the lights flash a few times and the thing turns off. So frustrating.

Q: I turn it on it works for a few seconds then shuts off. It's full under max but full, everything is tight, filter is new. Canadian tire will not refund me I've had it for 2 weeks. At first it was leaking now just flashing 3 lights on the mist part.

A: When the tank is empty, all indicators will blink 5 times and the unit will automatically shut off until the tank is refilled.
