Q: It says on the box minus 20 Celsius limit , I need these for outside in my recessed lighting for my garage . Alberta is way colder than -20. Are these good for outside at cold temps?

A: This bulb is rated for temperature between +40 to -20 degrees celsius. The bulb can work properly until -20 degrees celsius, but after it has reached that threshold there is no guarantee that the bulb will continue to work.
