Q: I've had issues finding GU24 LED bulbs that don't buzz loudly when using a dimmer, despite being called "dimmable bulbs". Can you confirm these do not buzz when dimmed?

A: No these should not cause a buzzing sound. Sometimes the buzzing can occur if the dimmer used is non-compatible with the bulb.

Q: I went to 4 stores to find this 30W bulb . No luck. Only the 60W bulb. Then an associate looked up the code for this bulb and said it is the 60W bulb. So either this website is wrong and there is no 30W bulb, or there is but your stores don't carry it

A: Our website is incorrect and will be updated as soon as possible. This is 60W bulb ( uses only 10W) should read the same as 052-0945-8.

Q: Can I plug this LED into a GU24 CFL base without changes to the fixture? I want to replace my GU24-base CFL lamps with dimmable LED; can I simply plug this LED into the GU24 (CFL) base and will it work with a dimmable switch?

A: This bulb can replace the CFL bulbs and be used in a dimmable lamp with a GU24 base.

Q: What the heck is an omni dimensional light bulb?

A: For a LED light bulb to be called omni-directional, it must have at least a 300 degree beam angle. LED light bulbs with a beam angle of 300 degrees or more project the light forward as well as downward to the base of the bulb. So when you are shopping for LED replacement bulbs, pay attention to the beam angle. The bigger the number, the wider coverage you will have.
