Worked as it should although I found the price to be inflated compared to other retailers, don’t know why I post reviews when nothing changes especially with respect to lack of available cashiers when I check out.

Q: Can these light bulbs be used outdoors in a covered fixture? I need something similar to a trilight bulb,that stays on low setting until someone walks by,then it comes on brighter. It's a security feature in my complex, for neighbors walking their dogs etc.

A: Thank you for your question. This function would depend on the type of fixture you have installed. A trilight bulb is used in a fixture (like a table or floor lamp) that have the trilight switch (3 setting switch - low-medium- high - off). All Incandescent or Halogen bulb (not trilights) are dimmable and the light output can be adjusted. In conclusion, these bulbs will work in an outdoor fixture but will not function as a sensor light as you required. There is an outdoor fixture that is made specifically for your security needs 052-7810.

Q: Why are you still selling incandescent bulbs?

A: Incandescent bulbs are allowed to be sold at retail stores but they are no longer allowed to be manufactured. Any incandescent bulbs which are in the store were manufactured before the ban.
