I've been using Noma LED bulbs for years now and love them. Usually I buy the non-dimmable, this time I needed dimmable. They work as intended, are bright and last forever. I actually don't remember the last time I've had to change a Noma LED bulb...

Q: Bulbs lasted less than 1.5 years. What is the warranty and how can I return them? Run time is 15000 hours, which left on 24/7 means it should last 1.7 years. This was in a bedroom lamp and used less than an hour each night.

Q: Do these give off any kind of heat? I want to put it in an extendable desk lamp that I will be pretty close too, many bulbs give off too much heat to be comfortable for long.

A: Hello there, thank you for your inquiry. LED's do not emit anywhere near as much heat as a typical incandescent bulb.

Q: These bulbs do not dim?? I use these in three different rooms all with dimmers installed. Once you get ¼ of the way, they flick, you go further and they turn off?

A: It seems that LED bulbs are not compatible with all run-of-the-mill dimmer switches. Chances are that an LED bulb will not operate properly with an older existing dimmer switch. Truthfully, LED bulb labelling should indicate that the bulb is dimmable only with SELECTED dimmer switches. Dimmer switch packaging these days will indicate whether the product is compatible with LED bulbs.

Q: I purchased these Noma 60W A19 LED (Day) bulbs (2 pack). On the back of the box (left) it says they ARE suitable for enclosed fixtures (as does the description above). On the back of the box (right - small print) it says they ARE NOT. Which is accurate?
