Il a fonctionné très bien pour environ 4 mois puis il a cessé de fonctionner, je l’ai retourné et me suis fait rembourser, heureusement que je gardes mes factures. Ma voisine en avait acheté un identique quelques mois avant moi et il fonctionne toujours.

Déshumidificateur NOMA Ne fonctionne plus en moins de 2 ans

J'ai acheté ce produit en octobre 2018. Le déshumidificateur à afficher le code d'erreur E9 a répétition en début 2020. J'ai été aprouvé pour un remplacement en juillet 2020 et le 2e désumidificateur a commencer à afficher le code d'erreur E9 en août 2021. Ma demande de remplacement à été refusé pour le segond désumidificateur car la garentie étais terminer. J'ai utilisé les 2 désumidificateur seulement durent les période estival et il n'a jamais été bougé. Duré de vie de ce produit ne respecte pas la garentie légale tel que mentionné dans la loi de protection du consomateur.

Fabulous!

Works absolutely flawlessly, very efficient and moderately quiet. We did place it in a spare room on the other side of the house as a bit of a noise reduction strategy. Even with it being that far away it controls the humidity in our home very, very well.

Q: I have purchased a Noma dehumidifier , your product code #043-5798-0 and it is displaying a E9 error. What does the message mean. We have tried several times calling the 866 number but due to covid-19 cannot get a response. Should we unplug the unit .

Q: How to keep my dehumidifer running without emptying bucket

A: You can attach a garden hose to the unit. Lift the connector cover up at the tab (at the right side of dehum). Remove bucket and attach a garden hose to the dehumidifier connector. Hand tighten. Place the other end of garden hose into a floor drain. Make sure the hose end that goes to drain is on a lower level than the hose end that connects to the dehumidifier because it's gravity draining. The hose should not be kinked or pinched. Then reinstall bucket.
