Good heater

I purchased this heater for my mom. It works pretty well in large size room (mater bedroom).
However, my mom accidentally dropped the remote on a carpet floor, it's broken. Very fragile!
Question: Where can i buy a new remote?

After a year it still does the job, even after a few topples by the kids. Not sure I would pay full price but the sale price is worth it.

Disappointing heater in this price range

I purchased this heater yesterday. I will be returning it today.
Pros:
-Heats up a room about 500sq/ft from 13C to 17C in about an hour and a half. Not bad.
-Has a 750 watt mode. Great if you are power conscious.
Cons:
- Once turned on, it only has one fan speed. Even when you set the thermostate to a certain temperature, it doesnt shut down but rather continue to blow air through the device. Two things here. 1. Power is being wasted without providing any heat 2. The fan actualy acts to cool the room back down. Counterproductive.
-When you turn the device on it automaticaly sets the thermostate to MAX 30C. Even if you turn off to stand-by then back on. Right back to MAX 30C. Annoyying.
- It is loud. Remember it does not turn itself off briefly once it reaches your desired temperature. So you are left with a constant noisy fan
-Price. With the lack of user friendly controls and the poor choice of a constant fan, this device should be closer to $45-$60.
Very disappointing. Save yourself the trouble of returning it and don't buy it in the first place

Very good heater

I use this heater as a supplemental heat source in bedrooms wherever needed. It is light weight and can be moved around fairly easily with two hands. It has an area where you can lift it with your one hand but the slot is not deep enough making it ackward to lift up.
I love the digital touch screen...very easy to operate. The room heats up fairly quickly too. Room sizes vary from 150-200 sq feet. The remote control is very convenient.
I don't mind the sound of the fan either. Really good "white noise" source if you're ok with that.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this heater. I got it for a good price as well when it went on sale.

Il marche pour 30 secondes jusqu atemps quele thermal cut off atteigne sa temperature et apres plus rien 3 mois passé la garantie!

A: The unit cannot come back to work after power failure. You would need to press the control panel to set the heating again.

Q: Can I stop it from beeping? Product is very nice, but it beeps every time that it automatically switches between low heat, high heat or fan. It does this as it approaches the set point temperature. It is really annoying. It beeps every couple of seconds non-stop! Help!

A: We suggest to bring the unit back to the store to exchange the model as it sounds as the unit is not working at its full capacity.
