A: It does include 4 trays that are pre-packaged for you! You just remove the top and place the tray where you see rodent activity.

A: Mice will need to drink water, if they cannot find a source of water in the house than they may go outside to find water. If they stay in your home, yes they will die. You'll have a bad order for about 3 weeks, if not found.
