A: MouseRid is specifically designed to work on rats and mice due to their unique digestive tract, and it will not be effective on other rodents such as rabbits, squirrels, or chipmunks. Rest assured, our product is safe for dogs, cats, birds of prey, chickens, poultry, and other livestock animals as it only contains Corn Gluten Meal (found in our everyday food and dog food) and Sodium Chloride (just salt).

Q: "Precautions" on MouseRid package seems to imply it's not safe for humans / pets / wildlife. Why does the package labeling contradict the claims on the website? It even says to call poison control & seek immediate medical attention if ingested...

A: We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Since MouseRid contains Cellulose (from Powdered Corn Cobs) is why label states it is safe for people, pets and wildlife. Due to it containing corn (which a very common allergy in both people and animals) is why it also states to seek immediate help. The product is safe for people, pets and wildlife but if you have a corn allergy it is best to use caution. Please reach out if you have any further questions!
