Towing Hitch

I have never had any need of a towing hitch before now, but I picked a new truck a couple of months ago and needed one. As a first, this hitch worked out quite well. Easy, simple and straight forward to install and use. I would highly recommend this unit.

Q: Would this be safe to tow a horse trailer using the 2 5/16 ball?

A: I’m not sure. I use mine to tow a Boler trailer, roughly 2000 fully loaded with all camping accessories. I’ve not taken it through the mountains but it’s been good through hilly roads. Hope that helps
