Thank you for feedback. As noted online (and in-store), this battery carries a $10 core deposit which will be refunded when you return your old powersports battery. We send the batteries to be recycled so they stay out of landfills. Lead-acid batteries are the most recycled product in the world and virtually 100% of the battery can be recycled and it's materials used in the production of new batteries.
