    The database at Canadian Tire is not up to date, resulting in incorrect battery model information for the specified motorcycle make and model. ****Refused to issue a refund despite Canadian Tire being at fault.****

    “Charged” battery not charged

    I bought this battery for my bike that I leave up at the cabin. When I bought the battery I was asked if I wanted it charged or uncharged, and that charged cost extra. Since charging a battery isn’t so easy in a forest and I was on the way to the cabin, I paid extra for the charged battery. When I replaced the battery on my bike I found this was not charged, so I had to return home and charge it and wasted my time and money. When charged the battery works as it should, but I will see how long it lasts.
