Q: ARE THESE AGM BATTERIES ANY GOOD? LONGEVITY OF MORE THAN 3 YRS? VS ACID BATTERY?
6 months agoA: AGM batteries are sealed and maintenance-free whereas their flooded acid counterparts require periodic maintenance to top off the electrolyte. AGM batteries offer better resistance to vibration (a reality of many powersports applications), faster recharging and longer lifespans.

Q: This battery is identified as the replacement for my 2006 Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI. Dimensionally it is 3/8" wider than my original. Will it fit and is this the correct battery. Thanks
5 years agoA: Dimensions provided are maximum. The body of the battery will be a little smaller than the overhang of the lid, for example. Note that the 2006 Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI may take one of two different size batteries - it could be ETX20L (027-1567) or ETX30LA (027-1568). You will need to measure or compare to your original battery to confirm (but typically EFI models use the larger battery).

Q: What is the operating temperature range of these batteries?
6 years agoA: These batteries are tested at temperatures as low as -40°C and as high as 70°C. They are designed to operate within any normal temperature range in Canada, when fully charged.
