Excellent but check trailer hitch size

Good quality and adjustable in height with flexibility for several height of trailers.
Be wary, it comes with 2 non changeable hitch size, 2" And 2 5/16" size.
Older private trailer use 1 7/8" hitches. So although I had purchase it for my lower trailer, I had a 1 7/8" trailer hitch so I couldn't use it.

Q: When reading the specs on the box, it indicates a tong weight limit of 500 lbs. this seems far too low for a towing capacity of 10000/14000 lbs. is this an error or indeed the limit?

A: It is in fact 500lb tongue capacity, they wouldn't list some ratings in lbs , and others in KG . Dosnet even come with the 2 pins to retain ball to channel , you get what you pay for . In the end it's still cheaper than a premium one, if you buy 2 bolts to put in as pins .( don't use quick pins or some low life will steal , bolts with lock nuts )

Q: Can this be used with a weight distribution hitch? . Just wondering if this new component with effect the weight capabilities of this.

A: Hi, This won't be able to be used with a Weight Distribution Hitch. A Solid Shank/Arm is a more appropriate part with the Weight Distribution Hitch. Thank you and have a good day. Tony
