Nice looking but bad design of lift rod

I just installed two of these today, in tandem. I’m pretty handy and have replaced several faucets before, but these were a challenge. They were fairly easy in the beginning, but once I got to the lift rod assembly, it took a very long time. I had to go back and forth with them to work. They kept rubbing on the fitting underneath the sink on the mounting nut. With my husbands assistance, I finally got them to work. They won’t be the easiest to open/close, but they work and no leaks. I have had good success with Moen in the past and I’m hoping these will be the same, despite the complicated installation.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Deck Gasket not from the model I purchases (from a different model)

I love the faucet & finish - would have given a 5 but the wrong gaskets were inside. OPEN BOX when I purchased. It was the only one in store with the brushed nickel finish. When the plumber installed it, the Deck Gasket was from a different model and required a workaround.

Stays relatively spot-free

This is the second time we've purchased this - we liked it so much we changed the other bathroom faucet. It stays relatively spot-free from water marks, and it never has finger prints on it. Very well built quality, with a sturdy handle that you know will last a long time. In general, all our faucets are Moen (kitchen) and we have always loved their products. Well worth the money, especially when you can pick it up on sale.
