Works until supply line broke and can’t find part

The faucet works great until the supply line broke from the hot water handle. It is a special setup and you show it in the specs but never show a part number. Can’t find it anywhere to replace it. Very frustrating!

The 114299 hose kit is shown on the parts page for the 9000 valve body since it is not included with the trim kit. Love this faucet, but the handle has been getting jammed and it doesn’t seem to be repairable. Tried to email customer support but the form just got stuck too!
