Very poor performance

This shower head leaked and sprayed the shower ceiling. I returned it and the replacement did exactly the same thing. The water leaked out of the body of the head and sprayed where it wasn’t supposed to. I returned it also for a credit.I always bought Moen for the quality but this product was a total failure.

Stay away! It's piece of cheap plastic junk.

It sprays water around the ring, also had leaks in the rotation ball piece. It's just a poor design you won't be able to seal it any possible ways. Material is a cheap and fragile plastic. Regret buying this piece of junk. Don't waste your money on this.
