We bought it at a discounted price, making it a good deal. Installation was simple and straightforward.
Ideally, the hose should be 6" longer so the hose isn't too close to the faucet.

Appears to be a good unit but was disappointed that it’s not solid metal but rather chromed plastic. I guess there’s no reason to think it will break. Just the same, I value fixtures made of metal.

A: pulse, soft rain, both of those together, harder rain, and a little like a tap. Same settings on both heads. The fixed head is adjustable in its angle.

Q: My existing shower arm comes straight out of the wall and has a 90 degree bend which has a fixed rain head on it. Can I install this on that existing shower arm?

A: The 90 degree bend in your pipe puts the line for the hand held shower head facing back into the wall, so it is likely not to fit due to the configuration of this shower head. If the 90 degree bend were well away from the wall, then it might fit, but it would depend on the clearance from the wall.

Q: Can you turn the fixed head on and off and the flexible one on and off also so that you can choose which ine you wanna use if you dont wanna use both?

The included 3 way diverter allows you to operate the handheld and the showerhead individually with the third function being the shared function (both on together).
