I’ve owned this unit for 3-4 years and like everything about it - volume, moisture removal (duh), controls, compactness, wifi ability. Obviously much different than 2 negative previous reviews.

This dehumidifier worked great for just over two years then started to freeze up and no longer drains water. Very disappointing especially given the cost of the dehumidifier.

The automatic cycling based upon the humidity appears to be working well. I love the ability to set the level at which it requires the bucket to be emptied and shuts off. Combined with the castor rollers, this makes it much easier to get it to a floor drain and empty it. You still have to pick it up and tip it to empty it. I haven't tried the continuous drain feature yet, nor have I had time to try the WiFi feature.

Needed a dehumidifier in our basement after finding mold in dust trap areas. This model is sleek and quiet. Super easy to set up and empty. Love the app integration to keep up on emptying it.

A: It has a pump inlet hose connection to hook to a hose and use the continuous flow option. I haven’t used that yet. I go with max and just empty the tank every 35-48 hours and only during peak humidity season.

A: Hi Mark D, this unit does not offer a fan only mode. The fan is used to remove moisture from the air. Hope this helps. It does an awesome job of reducing the humidity level very quickly.
