Seems like a good bike rack and is working well so far. The reason I didn't give it more stars is because assembly instructions could have been more specific. It needs to be assembled in a very specific order, for example the bike rack pieces look symmetrical so I assumed you can interchange the pieces, but there is clearly an order and if you don't follow it, you have to take it apart and start again, which I had to do a few times. This could have been avoided with more detailed instruction.
If you buy it, plan out your assembly before you start tightening screws and you can save yourself some time and frustration.

Very Good Stand

I wanted something that could handle the extra stress put on it by the additional weight of an ebike because I put this in the back of my truck and stand the ebike in it (I use rachets of course to hold the bikes upright). The stand is sturdy, well made and holds both our bikes well, whether they are in the back of the truck or just on the ground.

Great value for this sturdy little stand

This is a great little bike stand for the price. Despite what some reviewers have indicated, it does not have a very durable finish. Yes it's very shiny and smooth, but it scratches easily. Assembly was a snap - once I borrowed the neighbour's tap and die set and re-threaded the one bolt hole. My wife's bike has 26" wheels and it's a perfect fit. My 28" wheel is a tad large (t doesn't sit all the way down in the stand) but it enough to be secure. With adult bikes, we had to put one bike in front first and the other tail first because the handlebars prevented facing them both the same way. What we really like is the portability of the unit. It is very light weight and easily pops into the back of the pickup truck and a simple tie-down strap holds them very securely. It it hadn't been for the one set of threads being unusable out of the box, I would have gladly given it 5 stars.

A: I found this model did not work for my TREK bikes. I bought 2 bike stands that allow the bike to be propped up on their rear wheel - takes less floor.

A: No unless you test the bike on the wall. The rack won’t hold the bikes by itself.

Q: Is the rack deep enough to hold up bikes with 700c tires? And will it work for narrower tires (eg. 25mm road tires or narrower) or will the bike be pretty unstable in the stand?

A: Will hold. But narrower tires will have the bike lean a bit. 1.8-2.3 are the sweet spot.
