This bike is basic but excellent. I needed this sort of exercise to build up my hip and leg muscles because of osteoarthritis and osteoperosis and it's already starting to make a difference

A: I would think that it would be fine- The seat height is adjustable up & down about 18 inches (I'm 5 ' 5" and the seat is only on the third or fourth notch) and the handlebars can be pulled up higher and clamped at any position that you want.

A: The instructions are very simple and easy to follow. You will not need any tools yourself as there is tools provided in the package. The two bottom feet need to be fastened to the main body of the bike, as well as the seat and the handlebars. It only took approximately 15 minutes to assemble

Q: Is the read out in kilometres or miles? The book says miles but I want metric. No instructions on changing from imperial measurement to metric.

Q: What is the longest distance between seat and peddle with seat adjusted up to highest position and peddle down closest to floor? I am very tall and want to ensure that this will accommodate my long legs

A: If you are very tall, I recommend a sturdier bike. Mine seamed great when I put it together, I used it twice and had to re-tighten the bolts for the upright for the handlebars, and it just re-loosened after a few uses after that. If I tighten it anymore I would likely strip the bolts. It's just a bit wobbly now and that's what I'm stuck with. I'm only 5' 4". I think you would be disappointed as this would be amplified for you. Other than that, it's fine for me as I don't use it everyday, you get what you pay for. I suggest you it on sale or don't bother. It would be worth it for you to spend more and be happy with your purchase.

Q: What is the minimum height size from the seat to paddle? I mean the measurement from seat to paddle?

A: The measurement from seat to floor, the shortest position you can set the seat at, is 29 1/2 inches. Peddle distance to seat is 24 inches when the seat is again, set at it's lowest and the peddle is also at it lowest position in it's rotation.
