Q: How come you never ever say for any products if they are for aluminum or copper wiring?

A: Nothing modern is built for aluminum wiring except in specialty circumstances, as an electrician I suggest you have someone install copper wiring pigtails at all the devices in your home or run the risk of having connections that erode due to dissimilar metals interacting with each other. They don’t specify copper or aluminum because everything built for the past 40 years is copper, so it’s assumed you should have copper wiring.
