bought for $12 but still very happy. once tightened down with allen key they are very grippy and will not twist on the handlebar you might want to move your brake lever/shifter in to fit these large grips

Q: best used with gloves or without?

A: Hello - completely a personal preference. These grips are made of soft rubber with a couple of different surface areas, so there is plenty of grip without gloves. Some people prefer the added safety of gloves in case of a fall.

Q: Can you put these on a bike with gear shifters? I have a ccm bike and I'm into downhill biking, but i need new grips. Am I able to put these on my bike even though it has a gear shifter?

A: These will work on a bike with trigger, or thumb shifters (Ez Fire, etc). They will not work on a bike with grip shifters.
