Gorgeous, well-made faucet!

This is a gorgeous faucet, both in aesthetics and function. It is beautiful, extremely well made, and has a smooth beautiful stream of water. We had an extensive house remodel, and this faucet may be one of my favorite new things. Highly recommend.

Simple elegance!

I had this faucet installed in 2008 and it still looks as good today as it did then! Kohler stands by its products too. The handle came loose from its seat and I was promptly sent a replacement. Easy to remove the old and install the new. I highly recommend Kohler Purist products

Poor valve quality and servicing to repair revealed an incredibly bad design

Brand new construction home with everything Kohler. The bathrooms faucets are Purist 14402-4A-CP and they are leak. The one star review is not really for wear over time, which is to be expected. We already hired a plumber and had the valve changed. Rather it for the poor design quality at this price point. The Top Handle is held by a screw which will probably fall off the HEX key required to remove it, like it did during my attempt to take a look myself. The plumber was onerous but given the frustration and time this cost me today, money is nothing when discussing servicing this faucet. I had a favorable opinion of Kohler until today. Now I know to look closer at the servicing ease and feasibility when picking fixtures the next time.
