Product Details

KingCord Ladder Locks are a handy addition for keeping your extension ladder secure. Extra-strong ladder locks make adjusting your ladder length easy - simply loosen the lock, slide to the desired height and tighten. The black finish matches most ladder styles. Two locks are included, so both sides of the ladder can be secured. Measuring about four inches long, these ladder locks fit neatly onto your ladder rails.

it's for one inch webbing

The description does not say the use for what width of webbing. It's for one inch webbing although I suppose narrower webbing would work - maybe.
