Keter Resin Artisan Outdoor Storage Garden Shed, Grey & Black, 7-ft x 7-ft

- Assembly instructions were clear and 99.999% of the holes lined up! -Set up the floor on a wood platform; not sure if it was us or if the center spine is a bit higher than the rest of the floor - Hoping for more attachable pieces, like the bike rack

Everything that was needed we got here! Keter is a great, efficient and trustworthy company.

We had 2 fitment issues with this shed. First the side panels even when firmly butted up on top of each other have different heights (flat and level concrete pad), there is up to a 3/8" difference. The good part is that this part doesnt have to be perfect for the shed walls to still be installed, it's just poor quality control. The second part is the real problem. The doors are not square. the parts supplied for the doors literally do not fit together because the door is not square. This is even before trying to hang them on the shed, it has nothing to do with the build of the shed or the foundation. The door has 4 trim pieces that go around it to frame it and they just literally do not fit together. There is nothing wrong with the trim pieces, everything is wrong with both doors. I gave PLENTY of evidence, measurements, etc.. to Keter support. Keter support told me in their initial email that it was built improperly. They didn't suggest how to fix it or offer any type of advice, they literally just said it's my problem. I had to complain with even more evidence before they would look at it again and determine that something was wrong. I requested 2 doors and 8 frame piece replacements, which is basically everything you need to put the door together. They eventually gave me a tracking # and sent me the 8 pieces, but no doors??? I asked why they had not sent the doors which are the main problem, and their response was that they do not think there is anything wrong the the doors. When I asked if non-square doors are normal, they had no response for me. This is the type of service you can expect if you have to deal with any problems. I think if there were no problems then the quality of the shed seems adequate, but for those who have had to deal with Keter you know exactly what i'm talking about! Try Lifetime or Rubbermaid instead!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with the shed! It was fairly simple to put together and instructions were well made. Yes, it takes some time but 2 people working together gets it up in no time. we did have to balance the ground underneath it, so that was a little extra work. It seems like it will hold up very well in the elements and with use. All the panels fit together perfectly and we were so happy for that! It looks great in our backyard and goes well with our soft brown colored house. Just get it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having gone through 2 sheds in the past (fallen apart due to weathering), I can say this is more solid of a structure. The attention to detail is noticeable. The assembly is fairly easy, just follow the basic instructions. There is enough light from the window panels to see things inside. It is lockable (doors have a latch with hole to place lock in). It has double doors so easy to get large items in and out. The base is solid raised about 1.5-2 inch. Overall happy with this.
