Worthless garbage, don't buy!

Worthless garbage. The noise cancelling function does not cancel noise (I have to double check each time if this setting is on). The earphones keep disconnecting with my devices. The charging port gets dirty and does not charge the earphones sometimes, which is really annoying. What is also annoying is that there is no button for searching bluetooth devices.

So poor sound quality

Too much poor sound quality I was bought a JBL earbuds and I was checked every review before I bought that, every reviews said that this is one of the best earbuds of JBL. And I had a good impression about JBL because I have a JBL speaker. But but but........ What the wrong with me this JBL earbuds sounds quality is too much poor. I never heard like that bad sound quality of any earbuds... I go the Eros shop Thay said u can listen sounds. I u can't listen the sounds maybe we could do something but for that case we can't do anything.... Now I want to know what the wrong with my JBL earbuds wave 200?

Title: Unbelievable Durability! Survived a Puddle, Being Stepped On, and Much More! My journey with the JBL Tune Beam earbuds began in 2024, and I've been using them for a year now. They are simply the best earbuds I have ever owned. Their reliability, build quality, and performance continue to impress me even now. They have been through a lot of trials. The first major incident happened just six months after I bought them. I was listening to music on public transport, specifically on a bus. When I got off, the right earbud fell out of my ear and landed in a puddle. I didn't immediately notice it was missing, as I was in a hurry to get to work with my girlfriend. When I realized I had lost it, I felt so sorry about it that I turned back and spent a full 30 minutes searching for it. I was even trying to connect to it via my smartphone to see if it was nearby. I found it in that same puddle at the bus stop! It was still working, even though it was submerged in about 8-10 cm of water during heavy rain. As it turned out, passengers from the same bus had also stepped on it. After retrieving it, I wiped it down, went to work, dried it with a towel, and placed it in the charging case. More than five months have passed since that incident, and it still works like new. The sound quality and microphone performance haven't changed a bit. By the way, since then, they have fallen many more times, joined me in the bath (and yes, fallen to the bottom of the tub multiple times), and been through many other mishaps. But they still keep working like they're brand new, serving me faithfully. I am utterly amazed by this level of quality! After this experience, I will never buy audio gear from any other company – I will only buy earbuds from JBL. Thank you for striving for your customers. You are the best

Senkinek nem ajánlom, fél év után használhatatlan, a tokba való visszarakás után nem csatlakozik le a telefonról, le kell kapcsolni róla. Random időnként rácsatlakozik, aztán lemeríti magát. Máskor használnám, nem kapcsolódik a telefonra és le van merülve. Nagyon csalódtam benne!

  • A: Bonjour, donc j'ai acheter ces écouteurs il y a quelque jours, et j'ai la réponse à ta question. Il faut que tu connecte tes écouteurs, ailles dans l'application JBL Headphones, parmis les options disponibles tu trouveras " Mouvements ", tu peux choisir ce que le tactile de chacun de tes écouteurs fait, côté gauche ou droit. De base ils viennent avec à gauche "Ambiant Aware, TalkTrue, ANC/ appelé commande de son ambiant" et à droite "Pause, Suivant, Précédent / appelé Commande de lecture et de l'assistant vocal" pour le contenu multimédia, mais en allant dans mouvement tu peux remplacer ce que ton côté d'écouteur fait, et mettre "Commande de volume" qui comme son nom l'indique te permet de modifier le volume à partir de tes écouteurs sans à avoir à toucher ton téléphone. Seul bémol, c'est que comme dit plus tôt tu as trois mode, mais seulement 2 écouteurs, et peut en mettre qu'un seul par écouteur, donc il faut personnaliser en fonction de ses besoins. Pour moi avoir le contrôle du son ambiant et les commandes de lectures est ce que je veux de mes écouteurs, je peux baisser le volume à partir de mon téléphone, si toi ça ne te dérange de changer les modes AmbiantAware/etc à partir de l'appli, et bien tu peux remplacer par le volume. Personnellement j'aime bien le côté personnalisation des écouteurs, juste que ça aurait été pas mal d'avoir la possibilité de switch entre les mode de son ambiant, et volumes en appuyant 3 fois de suite par exemple pour passer en mode secondaire de l'oreillete, ce qui n'aurait pas forcé l'utilisateur de laisser un mode sur la touche.

  • A: Thanks for your feedback. Both earbuds should be playing audio as soon as your device is connected. If you can no longer hear out of one earbud, you may check if the bud with no sound is charging, the earbud may not have charged properly. Suppose you determine that the earbud with no sound is not charging. In that case, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process. Q: Can I use these with my 2022 Macbook Air (Sonoma)? In the user guide it only shows pairing with Android, iPhone, and Windows PCs, so isn't it possible to connect to Macbook?
