Jabra elite 85 bought a pair left ear bud didn’t work.So I took them back to Canadian Tire this was an online purchase only so they refunded everything including delivery as they should.and put it back on my credit card.So I buy a new pair the same kind left ear bud doesn’t work again.so this is two pairs that don’t work but now Canadian Tire won’t put the refund on my credit card they gave me a refund card and won’t pay for delivery on something you can only buy online though Canadian Tire.you should be ashamed of yourself Canadian Tire this is the way you treat seniors

I just received this pair of Jabra elite 85t and the left earbud is not working (it won't turn on). Honestly, this kind of issues shouldn't be happening. I hope customer service will make its due diligence to solve this problem. Thanks.
