Quiet and Powerful

The Honeywell Thermawave 6 heats our 150 sq. ft. bedroom faster than other brands we have used in the past. Only one fan speed, quieter than most. When turned on, it defaults to the 900 watt setting. For quick heating, you have to remember to switch to 1500 watts.

I have an older model from at least 8 years ago and had to use it to heat a 300 Sq. Ft. room, as auxiliary heating for 2 1/2 months. The digital thermostat is excellent. I was able to set the temperature at 18 degrees and the fan cycled on and off to maintain that temperature. The fan circulates the hot air well and the unit never gets hot. I was considering buying the current model as a back-up but the old heater showed no signs of stress from constant use. Also, there was very little difference to my electricity bill. I fully recommend this heater.

Genuinely a piece of junk. Don't buy this useless wast of space. Temu heater is probably better quality than this trash.

Fantastic product. Heats nicely. Great safety features. Although there are only 3 temperature settings, it worked as it needed to and took off the chill in our upper bedrooms at the cabin.

Q: When I turn on my space heater in the morning it makes a funny sound for a few minutes. It stops after hut it happens every morning...like a rattle...is this normal?

A: Also, make sure the unit is well plugged into your wall electrical outlet and nothing is affecting the unit's electrical cord, and make sure the unit is on a flat balanced surface. Change the vent position see if that affects anything. Good luck!

A: If it’s well insulated maybe; I had one in a moderately insulated sunroom and it did not heat it very well. You’ll likely be happier finding a 240v solution.

Q: Does it maintain a temperature? We are looking for a heater that will maintain a constant temperature in our bedroom, others reach the desired temp and turn off… but we would also like for it to come back on when it gets colder again.
