I purchased this over the phone at the Vernon store as it showed that they were the only store in BC to have them and the product showed as discontinued. They the informed me they would not ship it to the Castlegar store. I had a friend pick it up and had to arrange for my son to go out of his way to bring it to me. 2weeks later I saw it in the Castlegar store and asked if I could just get it there and try and cancel the one in Vernon so my son did not have to go out of his way. They said it was a seasonal item and would have to be returned by Dec 17 if things could not be cancelled at the Vernon store. I now look in the recent flyer and it is cheaper. I had an unpleasant experience at the Vernon store and the staff at the Castlegar store were unfriendly and not helpful at all. This experience was a brutal customer service nightmare and I still have to wait for my son to go out of his way to bring it at Xmas. I also paid more for it than if I had got it at my closest store in Castlegar. The bottom line is I was given the runaround at both the Vernon and Castlegar stores. The experience was a total nightmare and none of your employees new what they were talking about or were helpful at all. I would never run a business like this. Get your act together.

A: I only store it in my garage with temperature lowest is -14 without any problem. Weather here normally don’t go that low. Hopes this help

Q: Does this location currently have the clear model in stock? The description says "clear" but the photos show an opaque bin.

A: If you look up the tote on their website it will tell you the locations that have stock. Mine is opaque, so you can see that there is something in the box but it's not totally transparent. I'm assuming the photo has nothing in the box so you can't tell the degree of opaqueness by the photo.

A: This tote is made with high clarity clear resin.. Its clear enough that you should be able to see which contents are inside and it is very strong. So yes, very sturdy.
