First Time Hisense Buyer

I purchased this to replace a portable unit that wasn't cooling a small room anymore. After some research this unit had all the requirements I was looking for. Amazingly it was priced the same as units with way less perks. It is designed for a horizontal closing window but it works just as well with a vertical window like mine. After turning it on within 5 minutes the room temperature was perfect. It is extremely quiet and easy to operate, the remote control is so worth having. It's a win, win purchase.

Really good product to buy - works better than expected

This unit is capable of cooling down my entire place of almost 500 square feet. Easy to connect with home wifi. ConnectLife applications is good for remote operation and for fast cooling function as well as energy consumption viewing. Always using it on medium fan and so far super quiet. I also like how the compressor varies speed/sound as per cooling requirement with normal medium fan speed cooling and with fast cooling mode.

A: I think you're talking about the compressor that sits outside the window. This is partly what makes this machine so quiet, the compressor is outside and the fan is inside. The window comes down separating the 2.
