Way better than using concrete plugs, the heads could be stronger though to prevent stripping, but all in all way stronger and easier to use.

The screws were easy to locate in store. The price was lower than expected. Pre drilled holes in concrete wall, then used screws to mount railing. Screws grabbed tight, railing secure.
