Sudden Burst of Juice

After only 2 months of careful use, while I was blending cucumber, it started splashing everywhere. When I opened it, it had started chewing into its rubber seal. (and no, I had never misused it or removed/replaced it for cleaning because I had only used it lightly 4-5 times).
Until then, it was all good for a little inexpensive blender.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Purchased this product Oct 17 2025. I would give it 5 stars but the plastic cylinder below the blender blade is all chewed up. I use frozen blueberries and fresh bananas in my smoothie. So what is causing the plastic base (cylinder)that holds the blades to be all chewed up. The plastic is in my smoothies? Plz look at photo. Trying to add photos. Can't upload?

A: Hello, you need to make sure the recipient is well placed on the base - you should hear a "click" when correctly into place. This might be why the unit won't blend, it's a safety feature making sure all pieces are well placed on the base before the blades turn. Q: I bought one and had to fight to set the cup on the blender properly and after a few times of trying, I returned it without using it. Was it defective or do others have the same problem?

Q: Just bought & the blade bases won’t click into base therefore won’t run. There is a small white piece that prevents this. It retracts when pushed down but won’t retract when trying to twist blade base.
