we had a little trouble with thereat brake at the beginning. My husband had to modify it to make it work. That was the only issue. Its super quite and a great workout. I love it

Good little bike, with a few problems

I picked this bike up on sale and assembled it today. As others have said, there is some fiddling tiny spaces to erase bolts into, and the manual is garbled at one point, where it has you assemble the control panel prior to running the wires, but once I had it put together, I took it for a 15 minute spin.
Pros: I find the seat comfortable, the unit seems solid and well built, and operates quietly. The price was good for what I got, and the panel seems to work well, and displays lots of data items. My brief workout felt good, and easy on my rebuilt knee. The bolts, screws, and nuts used in construction are packaged and labeled well. The tablet holder is a big thumbs-up - I love being able to tilt it to the perfect angle to let it scroll on while I pedal.
Cons: the pulse sensors are wildly off. Sitting quietly, prior to my workout, it said my pulse was 140. My Fitbit said it was 62 bpm. Every time I’ve tried it, it’s been more than double what the reading should be. The fan seems cheap, doesn’t move a lot of air, even on high, and is very loud. The control panel is a bit confusing, even after the many exercise machines I’ve used over the years - I’ll have to go over the manual again.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase. If they fixed the pulse sensors, Re-edited the manual, and had a better quality fan, I’d give it five stars.

Unhappy purchaser

I bought this bike just before Christmas 2021 and it has not worked properly. I am only able to use it in manual mode and when I try to change resistance the console goes blank. I have tried calling customer service but they are always busy, sent 2 emails but so far no reply I am just about ready to take it back to store.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: The fan won’t turn off while the bike is plugged in and it doesn’t matter what setting I choose - off, low, med, or high - the fan just stays on high the whole time unless I unplug it. My bike is no longer under warranty. What can I do?

Q: Should the brake arm be up or down in the lock position?

A: The seat can be adjusted forward or backward to the position that is most comfortable. To adjust the seat, push downward on the adjustment handle, slide the seat to the desired position, and then pull upward on the adjustment handle to lock the seat in place. See illustration below.

A: To play music or audio books through the console sound system while you exercise, plug a 3.5 mm male to 3.5 mm male audio cable (not included) into the jack on the console and into a jack on your personal audio player; make sure that the audio cable is fully plugged in.
