Part number don't match with description

I bought 399-9792-2 and received 5000K white light, went to store to get the right 3000K warm light one, and there confirm that warm light it's a different part number, unfortunately I couldn't exchange it because warm light was some cents cheaper and I would loose my $30 CT money if I do that, have to kept the wrong one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: This lamp is 60 Watts equivalent (comparing to the incandescent lamps). However, the total power consumption is only 9 Watts and out of this 9 Watts, some is converted to light energy by the LEDs. Hence the heat generation is minimal, and it should be safe to use the lamp in an enclosed fixture. The building code regulations are just beginning to catch up with new technology. Please note that LED lamps employ semiconductor electronic circuitry and may not last as long when used in hot areas like directly under a hot root. Hope this helps.
