Truly amazing!

I was skeptical when my husband brought these home. But once they were installed in his office, i was truly amazed! They actually change from a bright, cool white light to a more muted, warm yellow light using just a dimmer switch. In the day time, he has white light and as the evening progresses he switches to a warmer, more relaxing light. I love this effect!

Does what's printed on the package, awfully

My original goal was to get dimmable diffused daylight colour bulbs, but I saw these instead. I have some that change colours when you switch on/off the light, and they work great, so I figured these would be the same thing, just with a dimmer switch. *Wrong*. The daylight colour is perfectly fine, so I guess worth 2 stars? The dimmed warm temp is ***awful***. Immediate eye strain. Dunno if it's just the dimmer I've got or what, but it feels like you're inside a 70's Bond villain's dungeon or something. Honestly, avoid these and find something that does one colour well if dimmable is what you're looking for.
