    Tires look great....

Haven't putcon car yet, but keep getting emails to review. Tires look exactlt like what I was looking for. The reason for 3/5 is the terrible experience having the Store the tires on the rims. 1st: the store lost my tires. Then after they found them I drop my rims off to have the tires installed. 2nd: at the time of the appointment, the lost the new tires and my rims. Finally after back and forth on the phone with the Store, they found them. 3rd: the day I went to pick them up, guess what???....... They lost them, AGAIN! I had to wait over 40 mins before I was able to leave with my wheels. 4th: They installed all the tires in the same orientation!!! Meaning instead of Left and Right side, I had all right sides!!! 5th: Instead of giving me priority when fixing their screw-up, I got jammed back in the queue. 6th: All the wasted time dealing with this garbage.

A very good winter tire for a mid-range tire

I've been driving for 45 years in the Canadian prairies, this is the first set of winter tires I've owned. With the freeze thaw and freezing rain over the past few years, I thought it was time to get something that performed better than all weather. With our first major snowfall of 20 cm and some ice I am very happy with them, accelerating from a stop on packed snow and ice from other cars spinning their tires has been great, almost like starting from dry pavement. Stopping on packed snow and ice has also very good. I haven't had what I would call deep snow yet, but I expect they'll perform very good also. I am glad I opted for the studded tires, the only drawback on the studs is the roadhouse on pavement at higher speeds, 80 to 110 KM is a bit much, something I'm not use to, but will live with easily trading off for the better performance.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
